Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Engineer role based in Prayagraj.

The Senior Sales

Engineer will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals, focusing on industrial product solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, preparing technical proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The role involves regular interaction with clients to address technical queries, coordinate with internal teams for order execution, and maintain strong customer relationships.





The Senior Sales

Engineer will also analyze market trends, contribute to sales strategies, and support business growth through targeted outreach and account management.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to understand customer needs and propose appropriate industrial product solutions.
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to manage the sales process, build long-term relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication skills for presenting technical information clearly, collaborating with internal teams, and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in industrial sectors such as power, manufacturing, or process industries is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or a closely related technical discipline preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Prayagraj, travel to customer locations when required, and manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, negotiation skills, and familiarity with industrial product specifications and standards.
