Role Description The Senior Sales Consultant role at Houcey is a full-time, in office position based in Lucknow. The consultant will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their Outdoor/Indoor transformation needs, present suitable solutions, and guide them through the sales process from initial inquiry to project closure. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, managing negotiations, and ensuring clear communication regarding project scope, timelines, and budgets.

The role involves closely coordinating with design and operations teams to align customer expectations with deliverables,



monitoring customer satisfaction throughout the engagement, and maintaining accurate sales records and forecasts.

The Senior Sales

Consultant is expected to drive revenue growth, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to improving sales strategies and processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to identify client needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and close deals effectively.
- Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to deliver a positive client experience and support long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening abilities.
- Experience in outdoor design, construction, home improvement, or related industries is beneficial.
- Proven track record in B2C or project-based sales, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, conduct field visits, and manage time across multiple client engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
