Key Responsibilities

- Monitor credit and portfolio risk across Gold Loan branches.

- Review LTV, ticket size, overdue, delinquency, and NPA trends.

- Assess gold valuation, purity, collateral, KYC, and documentation risks.

- Identify potential fraud, operational, and process risks.

- Conduct branch-level risk reviews and checks.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, KYC/AML, and RBI guidelines.

- Prepare risk reports and highlight key observations to management.

- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Audit, and Collections teams for risk mitigation.
