Role & responsibilities :
- Responsible for execution and data compilation of BLI/SPR, cell based assays and ELISA.
- Responsible for Method development, method qualification and method transfer to QC.
- Responsible for execution and data compilation of routine sample analysis including DS, DP release, biosimilarity samples, IRS qualification, DS DP release, in-process and stability samples etc.
- Responsible for Preparation of documents like MOAs, MQPs, MQRs, MTPs, SOPs etc.
- Responsible for instrument and equipment verification and calibration.
- Responsible for maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments and logbook entries.
