Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter with 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly in hiring Sales Professionals. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle and ensuring timely onboarding of selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales and other business requirements.
- Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and business teams.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage recruitment pipelines and maintain candidate databases/trackers.
- Handle salary discussions, offer negotiation, and offer roll-out.
- Coordinate pre-joining follow-ups and ensure candidates join as committed.
- Complete the onboarding process for Sales candidates.




- Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future Sales requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales/Business teams to understand hiring priorities.
- Support bulk hiring and recruitment drives whenever required.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience in Sales hiring is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
- Experience with Naukri/LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
