About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned recruitment professional to join our team and lead strategic and senior-level recruitment mandates across the Infrastructure, Facility Management, Real Estate, EPC and Industrial sectors. The role will involve end-to-end ownership of critical mandates, identifying high-quality talent, developing industry talent networks, and ensuring successful closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage strategic and senior-level recruitment mandates from mandate understanding to closure.

- Handle mandates across IFM, IPC, EPC, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Warehousing & Industrial sectors.

- Understand client businesses, organizational structures, industry dynamics and talent requirements to deliver relevant talent.

- Source and map candidates through LinkedIn, databases, industry networks, referrals and market intelligence.

- Build and maintain a robust industry-specific talent network, particularly across leadership and mid-senior management levels.

- Conduct detailed candidate screening, competency assessment and suitability evaluation against the mandate.

- Prepare high-quality candidate profile summaries, assessment notes and client submissions.





- Drive the complete recruitment lifecycle - mandate briefing, sourcing, screening, client coordination, interviews, negotiations, offer management and joining.

- Manage multiple strategic mandates simultaneously while maintaining strong turnaround time and quality.

- Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence for niche and difficult-to-close positions.

- Develop a deep understanding of key organizations, competitors, talent pools and leadership movements within the target sectors.

- Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the process.

- Support client relationship management and identify opportunities for repeat and expanded mandates.

- Mentor junior recruitment resources and guide them on sourcing, screening and sector-specific recruitment practices.
