Role Description The Senior Recruitment Manager will lead end-to-end hiring activities for multiple business lines, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition aligned with IIRIS Consulting’s growth plans. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurgaon and involves managing the recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.

The role includes building and maintaining solid relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding role requirements, and advising on talent strategies for niche and leadership positions.

The Senior Recruitment

Manager will optimize recruitment processes, maintain accurate hiring metrics,



and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations. Additional responsibilities include managing external recruitment partners, enhancing employer branding initiatives, mentoring junior recruiters, and contributing to continuous improvement of talent acquisition practices.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, including workforce planning, end-to-end recruitment, and stakeholder management.
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels such as professional networks, job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Proficiency in interviewing methods, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation for mid to senior-level roles.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data, track key hiring metrics, and report insights to leadership.
- Knowledge of HR policies, employment regulations, and recruitment best practices in the local market.
- Demonstrated skills in employer branding, candidate experience management, and building talent pipelines.
- Previous experience mentoring or managing recruitment teams, with strong leadership and collaboration abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with a focus on professionalism and inclusivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in consulting, risk management, security, or related industries is preferred.
