We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology projects from initiation through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project planning, stakeholder management, delivery governance, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership.

The role requires someone who can work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, product teams, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects, from planning and initiation through deployment and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising engineering, product, QA, design, business, and other stakeholders.
- Track project progress, identify dependencies, and proactively address delivery bottlenecks.
- Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Establish project governance, reporting mechanisms, and regular stakeholder communication.
- Work closely with technical teams to understand architecture, integrations, technical dependencies, and delivery constraints.
- Manage scope changes and ensure appropriate impact assessment and stakeholder approvals.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide clear status updates to senior leadership.




- Coordinate releases, deployments, UAT, production readiness, and project closure activities.
- Ensure adherence to delivery processes, quality standards, documentation, and organizational policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and partners where applicable.
- Mentor project managers and team members on project management and delivery best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10 years of overall experience in project management, program delivery, or technology delivery roles.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end software/technology projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of project planning, estimation, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Strong experience in risk, issue, dependency, and change management.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate with engineering teams.
- Strong analytical,



problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, or equivalent.
- Strong documentation, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience managing large-scale digital transformation or enterprise technology initiatives.
- Experience working with international clients or geographically distributed stakeholders.
- Prior experience managing budgets, vendors, and third-party technology partners.
- Experience in SaaS, cloud, fintech, enterprise software, or technology services environments.
