Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Project Manager who has proven expertise in end-to-end product/project management, client handling, technical delivery, and cross-functional leadership.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing software products and complex IT projects, working directly with international clients, understanding technical requirements, and leading engineering teams toward successful product delivery.

The candidate should be capable of acting as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, product teams, engineering, QA, design, and leadership, while ensuring that projects/products are delivered with the right balance of scope, quality, timelines, budget, and business value.

Experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, Automation, SaaS, FinTech, or other technology-driven products will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Project Leadership

- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of software products and projects, from discovery and requirement gathering through development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of product/project roadmap, priorities, milestones, releases, dependencies, and delivery plans.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineering, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and other teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Translate business objectives and client requirements into clear technical and functional deliverables.
- Ensure that product features and project deliverables are aligned with business goals and customer expectations.
- Manage multiple projects/products simultaneously while maintaining visibility on priorities, timelines, resources, and risks.
- Drive projects from requirements planning development testing deployment production support.

Client Management & Stakeholder Handling

- Act as a senior point of contact for clients, building strong and long-term professional relationships.
- Lead client discussions related to requirements, project planning, delivery status, priorities, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
- Conduct regular client meetings, product demos, sprint reviews, steering committee meetings, and project status reviews.
- Understand client business objectives and proactively identify opportunities for product enhancement, process improvement, automation, and technology adoption.
- Manage client expectations effectively and handle difficult conversations with professionalism and confidence.
- Present project/product progress, challenges, risks, KPIs, and plans to senior client stakeholders.
- Identify potential issues before they become escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Technical Leadership

- Possess strong technical understanding of software architecture, SDLC, APIs, databases, cloud technologies, integrations, application development, QA, and deployment processes.




- Work closely with technical leads and architects to understand technical feasibility, dependencies, risks, and implementation approaches.
- Review and challenge technical approaches where required while collaborating with Engineering/Architecture teams.
- Understand system integrations, third-party dependencies, technical constraints, security considerations, and scalability requirements.
- Participate in technical discussions and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to business and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure that technical decisions support product objectives, scalability, maintainability, security, and long-term business requirements.

Product Management & Roadmap

- Collaborate with clients, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Support creation and management of product roadmaps, release plans, backlogs, and feature priorities.
- Evaluate requirements based on business value, technical complexity, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Drive product releases and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on scope and priorities.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, adoption, and improvement opportunities.
- Work with teams to continuously improve product quality, usability, performance, and customer experience.

Delivery & Agile Management

- Lead Agile/Scrum practices including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and Release Planning.
- Track project health through scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Establish project KPIs and maintain dashboards for leadership and client visibility.
- Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Proactively identify delivery bottlenecks and drive corrective actions.
- Ensure effective resource allocation, capacity planning, estimation, and forecasting.
- Manage scope changes through appropriate impact analysis and stakeholder approvals.
- Ensure adherence to organizational delivery processes, quality standards, and governance frameworks.

Leadership & Team Management

- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams comprising Developers, Technical Leads, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, DevOps, and AI/ML professionals.
- Establish accountability and ensure team members have clear goals, priorities, and deliverables.
- Resolve conflicts, remove blockers, and create an environment focused on collaboration and delivery excellence.
- Support performance discussions, team development, knowledge sharing, and succession planning.
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategic projects,



delivery challenges, client escalations, and business priorities.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10-12 years of experience in the IT/software industry with significant experience in Project Management, Product Management, or Delivery Management.
- Proven experience managing software products and complex technology projects from conception to production.
- Strong experience in client-facing roles, preferably working with international clients.
- Excellent understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, software development, testing, deployment, and production environments.
- Strong technical understanding of modern software development ecosystems, with exposure to the MERN stack, React.js, Next.js, Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, and related web technologies.
- Ability to understand technical architecture, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, integrations, and application development concepts.
- Proven experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, releases, feature prioritization, and product enhancements.
- Solid experience in stakeholder management across technical, business, product, and leadership teams.
- Hands-on experience managing AI/ML, Generative AI, Automation, RPA, Chatbots, AI Agents, SaaS, or other technology-driven products/projects is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of project estimation, resource planning, budgeting, risk management, and delivery governance.
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
