We are looking for an ESG & Sustainability professional with strong practical experience in implementation, consultancy, documentation, training and audit handling across ESG and sustainability frameworks.

Key areas include

- ESG & Sustainability Standards
- EcoVadis
- HIGG INDEX / HIGG FEM / FSLM
- SLCP
- Environmental & Social Compliance
- Carbon Footprint & Sustainability
- Responsible Sourcing & Supply Chain Sustainability
- Knowledge of other buyer-specific ESG, social and environmental standards

- Lead ESG & Sustainability implementation projects
- Develop and manage sustainability and compliance documentation
- Conduct training and implementation at client sites
- Handle ESG, social, environmental and buyer audits
- Conduct site visits and assessments across India
- Guide client teams on ESG and sustainability requirements
- Support clients in audit preparation and corrective action closure




- Work with leading factories and organizations as a technical knowledge partner
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables

✔ Strong practical experience in ESG & Sustainability implementation

✔ Hands-on knowledge of multiple ESG, social and environmental standards

✔ Experience with platforms/frameworks such as EcoVadis, HIGG, SLCP, SEDEX/SMETA and other buyer standards

✔ Solid documentation, implementation and audit-handling skills

✔ Excellent training and client-management capabilities

✔ Willingness to travel for on-site assignments across India

✔ Prior experience in consultancy, implementation or auditing preferred
