We are looking for an experienced Senior Programmer with strong knowledge of PowerMill, CNC/VMC programming, production machining, and die & mould manufacturing. The candidate should have hands-on experience in developing efficient CNC programs for complex die and mould components.

The role includes preparing and modifying PowerMill CNC programs, studying 2D drawings and 3D models, planning machining strategies, selecting cutting tools and parameters, and generating programs for roughing, semi-finishing, and finishing operations. The candidate will be responsible for supporting production, solving machining issues, reducing cycle time, and maintaining component quality and accuracy.

The candidate should have good knowledge of die & mould manufacturing, electrode machining, tool selection, machining processes, and CNC/VMC operations.



Good coordination with the production and tool-room teams is required to ensure smooth and timely completion of jobs.

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or related field.

Experience: 8years or more in PowerMill, CNC/VMC programming, production, and die & mould manufacturing.
