Production Engineer – CNC/VMC

Experience: 3–6 Years

CTC: ₹4.5–6 LPA

Location: Santej, Gandhinagar

Education: Mechanical Engineering Diploma - BE, B.Tech

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily CNC/VMC production and shop-floor operations.
- Plan production, machine loading, and manpower allocation.
- Manage operators, shifts, and production targets.
- Monitor output, rejection, rework, downtime, and productivity.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Stores.
- Update ERP, production reports, and MIS.
- Ensure 5S, safety, quality, and smooth production flow.

Required Skills:

- 3–6 years of CNC/VMC production experience.
- Production planning and manpower handling experience.
- Knowledge of ERP, MIS, engineering drawings, and machining processes.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
