Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, in office role for a Senior Production Executive – Post Processing, based in Rajkot. The Senior Production Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating the complete post-processing production cycle, from machining output through to finished goods. The role includes production planning and scheduling, monitoring daily production and WIP, ensuring availability of materials and consumables, and achieving production targets.

The Senior Production Executive will coordinate with Machining, Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow.

Responsibilities will also include supervising production operators, maintaining process documentation and traceability, ensuring quality and compliance requirements, analyzing rejection and rework, resolving process deviations, and implementing corrective actions. The role will contribute to Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, waste reduction, and continuous process improvement initiatives.





Qualifications

- Strong skills in Production Planning, Production Control, and Production Management, with experience managing end-to-end manufacturing activities.
- 3–5 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Manufacturing experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of WIP management, inventory control, process documentation, traceability, and production records.
- Understanding of Quality Control, process compliance, inspection, and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement practices.
- Strong coordination and communication skills for working with Machining, Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and production teams.
- Ability to supervise production operators and maintain safety, discipline, and workplace standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle rejection, rework, process deviations, and corrective actions.
- Proficiency in ERP and MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience in medical device, dental implant, precision manufacturing, or similar industries will be preferred.
- Ability to independently manage production operations, take ownership of targets, and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Candidates with experience only in trading, service, or non-production industries need not apply.
