Role Description The Senior Production Engineer will oversee end-to-end production activities for windows, facades, and cladding systems in an on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This full-time position involves planning and coordinating production schedules, optimizing processes, and ensuring on-time delivery to project sites. The role includes monitoring production quality, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating with design, procurement, and project teams to resolve technical and operational issues.

The Senior Production

Engineer will analyze production data for continuous improvement, manage resource allocation on the shop floor, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards. The individual will also mentor junior team members,



support vendor coordination, and contribute to process innovation and cost efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering skills, with experience in manufacturing or fabrication of architectural or construction-related products.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret production data, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements.
- Candidates should possess Production Planning skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization in a high-throughput environment.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, with the ability to define standards, conduct inspections, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and site stakeholders, and to document technical information clearly.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in façade, glazing, or building materials manufacturing, and familiarity with industry codes and safety regulations is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and work in office in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
