Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Merchandiser with strong experience in High Fashion Apparel. The candidate will be responsible for managing production merchandising, order execution, production follow-up and coordination with various departments to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete production merchandising process from order confirmation to final shipment.

Coordinate with buyers, production, sampling, fabric, trims, quality and finishing teams.

Handle High Fashion apparel orders and ensure execution as per buyer requirements.

Follow up on TNA, production planning, WIP and delivery schedules.

Coordinate for timely availability of fabric, trims, accessories and production materials.

Follow up on PP samples, size sets, approvals and buyer comments.

Monitor production activities including cutting, stitching, embroidery, printing, washing, finishing and packing.

Ensure bulk production is executed as per approved samples, specifications and quality standards.

Identify production delays and coordinate with concerned teams for timely corrective action.

Work closely with the Quality team to resolve production and quality issues.

Maintain production trackers, order status reports and TNA reports.





Ensure orders are completed and dispatched within committed timelines.

Provide regular updates to management regarding production status, delays and critical issues.

Manage multiple styles/orders simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and delivery commitments.

Required Skills & Competencies

Mandatory: High Fashion Apparel experience.

Strong knowledge of high fashion garment manufacturing and production processes.

Excellent understanding of fabric, trims, garment construction and finishing.

Strong knowledge of production merchandising, TNA and WIP management.

Experience handling complex styles, detailing and high-quality garment requirements.

Excellent communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and merchandising documentation.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict production and delivery deadlines.

Strong team coordination and vendor/factory follow-up skills.

Qualification

Graduate/Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile, Apparel, Garment Manufacturing, Merchandising or a related field.

Experience

10–18 years of relevant experience in Production Merchandising / Apparel Manufacturing.

High Fashion experience is mandatory.

Salary

? Up to ₹1,00,000 Gross per Month, depending on experience and suitability.
