Experience: 10+ years of overall professional experience, including substantial experience in product management, product ownership, enterprise applications, ERP, or supply-chain technology.

Work Hours: Resources must be available to work covering EST hours and maintain sufficient overlap with the Eastern Time Zone during the core working day.

Must Have Experience

- 10+ years of professional experience, including significant Product Management, Product Ownership, or Enterprise Application Management experience.
- Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle, including product vision, roadmap development, prioritization, delivery, release management, and continuous improvement.
- Experience translating business requirements into product requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working closely with engineering/development, business stakeholders, QA, implementation teams, and senior leadership.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software and ERP environments.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP in a product, functional, implementation, or business-facing capacity.
- Strong understanding of product prioritization, backlog management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to bridge business processes and technology in complex enterprise environments.




- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience
- Supply Chain Management experience in procurement, inventory, production planning, demand/supply planning, warehouse management, logistics, or order management.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, SAP MM, PP, SD, WM/EWM, IBP, or related solutions.
- Experience with ERP transformation, S/4HANA migration, implementation, or modernization programs.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, retail, or other supply-chain-intensive organizations.
- Experience defining product KPIs, adoption metrics, business cases, and product roadmaps.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
- MBA or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap and priorities.
- Translate business and customer needs into actionable product requirements.
- Work with engineering and functional teams to deliver product capabilities.
- Manage backlog, releases, dependencies, risks, and priorities.
- Drive alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve supply-chain and ERP processes through technology.
- Define product KPIs and measure adoption, value, and performance.
- Support S/4HANA and ERP transformation initiatives.
- Present product strategy, roadmap, status, and decisions to senior stakeholders.
