About the Role :

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to work on high-scale, consumer-facing digital experiences used across multiple journeys and product categories. You'll work on products where design has a direct impact on discovery, engagement, conversion, retention and customer experience at scale. This role is ideal for someone who goes beyond UI execution - someone who can understand customer behaviour, simplify complex journeys and translate business problems into intuitive product experiences.

What you'll work on :

- Own end-to-end product design across discovery, research, user flows, wireframes, interaction design, prototyping and high-fidelity UI.
- Design high-frequency consumer journeys across areas such as home, discovery, navigation, loyalty, rewards, cards and payments.
- Simplify complex ecosystems and create experiences that are intuitive, scalable and easy to navigate.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers and Business teams to define and ship product experiences.
- Use customer insights, behavioural data, product metrics and funnel analysis to identify friction and improve journeys.
- Build and contribute to design systems, reusable components and interaction patterns.
- Conduct user research,



usability testing and design validation to continuously improve experiences.
- Bring strong visual and interaction craft while maintaining consistency across multiple product surfaces.
- Explore and incorporate AI-assisted design workflows to improve speed, exploration and product thinking.

What we're looking for :

- 3 - 7 years of experience in Product Design / UX Design.
- Strong experience designing consumer-facing digital products, preferably high-traffic or high-frequency products.
- Strong understanding of UX, UI, interaction design, information architecture and prototyping.
- Experience with Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.
- Practical exposure to AI tools/workflows such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Figma Make or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience with design systems and scalable component libraries.
- Solid product thinking - ability to connect design decisions with customer behaviour, business objectives and product metrics.
- Exposure to fintech, payments, cards, loyalty, rewards or other transaction-heavy products will be valuable.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products and thoughtful problem-solving.
