Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead end-to-end Finance Accounting operations across Record to Report (RTR), Order to Cash (OTC/O2C), and Procure to Pay (PTP/P2P) processes. The role involves managing teams, driving operational excellence, ensuring SLA compliance, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee RTR, OTC, and PTP process delivery.

- Lead a team and ensure achievement of SLA, KPI, productivity, and quality targets.

- Review month-end close activities, reconciliations, AP, AR, collections, and reporting.

- Drive process improvements, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Conduct governance reviews and manage client/stakeholder communication.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, audit, SOX, and risk requirements.

- Support transitions,



process migrations, and stabilization activities.

- Coach and mentor team members to build a high-performance culture.

Technical Requirements

- Robust exposure to RTR, OTC/O2C, and PTP/P2P processes.

- Team Management and Stakeholder Management experience.

- Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.

- Experience working on ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, etc.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, Automation, or Transformation projects is preferred.
