We are looking for an experienced PPC Manager / Performance Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our in-house paid advertising campaigns and drive measurable business growth.

You will work directly with our internal marketing and business teams to plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns for 75WAY’s IT services and digital products, including Web Development, Mobile App Development, AI/ML Solutions, and other technology services.

This is an in-house performance marketing role — you will be managing campaigns for our own company, services, and products, not for external clients.

What You'll Do

- Plan and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant paid platforms.
- Manage complete PPC campaign lifecycle — research, planning, setup, launch, optimization, scaling, and reporting.
- Generate high-quality leads for our Web, Mobile App, AI/ML, and IT Services.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research, ad copy testing,



and landing-page performance analysis.
- Manage and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, lead quality, and overall ROI.
- Continuously test different audiences, creatives, ad copies, keywords, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve lead volume, quality, and conversion.
- Work closely with the SEO, Content, Design, Business Development, and Management teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
- Build regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Track budgets, campaign spending, conversions, and overall paid marketing performance.
- Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, tracking, attribution, AI-driven advertising, and performance marketing trends.
- Take ownership of campaign performance and continuously look for opportunities to scale successful campaigns and reduce acquisition costs.
