Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations, ensure secure and accurate dispensing of medications, and guide junior staff while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily pharmacy operations and workflow

- Dispense prescription and OTC medications accurately

- Review prescriptions for correctness and drug interactions

- Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, and side effects

- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and hospital/retail standards

- Manage inventory, procurement, and expiry control

- Maintain proper documentation and records

- Train, mentor, and support junior pharmacists and pharmacy assistants

- Coordinate with doctors, nurses,



and healthcare staff

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelors / Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)

- Valid Pharmacist Registration

- 2–5 years of relevant experience (Hospital/Retail Pharmacy)

- Strong knowledge of medications and regulations

- Leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of pharmacy software systems

- Inventory and audit management

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
