Job Summary The role will focus on developing compelling performance marketing strategies, creating strong narratives and presentations, leading pitches, and communicating the value of our performance marketing capabilities to clients and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should combine media + seo expertise, strategic thinking, storytelling, presentation skills, and strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Own the strategic narrative and storytelling behind media plans, seo strategies, proposals, and client presentations.
- Create compelling performance marketing strategies, pitch decks, POVs, case studies, and thought-leadership content.
- Lead client presentations and act as a key face of the Performance Marketing competency.
- Develop media plans covering Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic, CTV/OTT and other relevant channels.
- Translate performance marketing data and insights into simple, compelling business stories and recommendations.
- Work closely with performance teams to ensure strategy translates into effective execution.
- Identify emerging trends, platforms, technologies, and opportunities in digital media and performance marketing.
- Support new business pitches, RFPs, client workshops and account growth initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Develop case studies and success stories showcasing campaign impact and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with creative, content,



analytics, SEO and other digital teams to develop integrated marketing solutions.
- Bring an AI-first and innovation-led perspective to media strategy and communication.
- Preference would be given to those who have experience in D2C brands

Key Skills

- Strong understanding of Media Planning & Performance Marketing.
- Excellent storytelling, presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to turn complex data into clear and compelling narratives.
- Strong knowledge of digital media channels and the broader marketing ecosystem.
- Excellent PowerPoint/Google Slides and presentation development skills.
- Strong understanding of funnel strategy, audience planning, media measurement and KPIs.
- Ability to confidently interact with CMOs, marketing heads and senior stakeholders.
- Robust business and commercial understanding.
- Ability to think strategically while understanding the execution realities of media campaigns.

Experience 10-12 years of experience in Media Planning, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Media Strategy, or a related role.

Experience in an agency environment with exposure to pitches and senior client presentations would be preferred.
