The roles and responsibilities:
- Collecting inputs from stakeholders, validating them, and sending them to the payroll partner.
- Verifying reports from the payroll partner to ensure accuracy, including employee salary, standard deductions, and demographic details.
- Following the company's process for salary disbursement, which may involve direct disbursement by the payroll partner or by the company itself, depending on the country.
- System Knowledge: Familiarity with the Workday HR system is preferred.
- Experience: Seeking candidates with seven-plus years of experience, particularly in payroll for Singapore, Australia, and China.
- Additional Skills: Proficiency in Excel and robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
