Operations & Pre-Opening Manager – Cartel Cabana

About Cartel Cabana

Cartel Cabana is the upcoming flagship café from Cookie Cartel, combining our signature cookies, fresh bake-off, coffee, takeaway and dine-in, with an exclusive invite-only space for our patrons.

The outlet is currently under construction, and we are looking for an Operations Manager to join us now and help build the operation from the ground up.

The Role

You will be involved in:

- Coordinating with architects, contractors and vendors during the fit-out.
- Helping set up the café, coffee bar, equipment and operational systems.
- Recruiting, training and building the opening team.
- Creating and implementing SOPs for daily operations.
- Coordinating the soft launch and official opening.
- Managing the café once operational, including staff, inventory, vendors, customer service and sales.
- Overseeing the invite-only basement lounge and supporting events and special activations.




- Working closely with the Cookie Cartel sales and social media teams.

Who We're Looking For

Someone who is

*Hands-on, organized and commercially minded.

- Experienced in café, QSR, restaurant or premium F&B; operations.
- Experienced in opening a current outlet or involved in a pre-opening project.
- Comfortable managing staff, vendors and day-to-day operations.
- Strong on customer service, inventory and cost control.
- A problem solver who can take ownership rather than wait for instructions.
