We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Visa Officer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle end-to-end student visa processing for countries including New Zealand, South Africa, the USA, the Philippines, and other destinations.

· Review and verify visa documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with immigration requirements.

· Guide students and parents regarding visa documentation, financial requirements, and application procedures.

· Coordinate with international flight schools.

· Prepare and submit visa applications while ensuring timely follow-ups.

· Track application status and proactively communicate updates to students and internal teams.

· Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and supporting documents.

· Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, visa regulations, and documentation requirements.

· Assist students in preparing for visa interviews, where applicable.

· Work closely with the counseling,



admissions, and operations teams to ensure a seamless student journey.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

· 4–10 years of experience in student visa processing, preferably for international education or aviation training.

· Strong knowledge of visa documentation and immigration procedures.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.

· Experience working with overseas education consultants.
