Relevant Experience: 4+ Years in Omnissa Horizon / VMware EUC & Workspace ONE

We are looking for a Senior Omnissa EUC / VDI & Workspace ONE Consultant with strong hands-on experience in enterprise VDI, Omnissa Horizon, Workspace ONE UEM, and Workspace ONE Access .

The candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, troubleshooting, and optimizing large-scale EUC/UEM environments, working closely with enterprise customers and internal technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, configure, and support enterprise Omnissa Horizon / VMware Horizon VDI environments.
- Design and implement Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Access solutions.
- Manage large-scale VDI, MDM/UEM, and endpoint environments across Windows, Android, iOS, and macOS .
- Lead migrations from legacy MDM/UEM platforms, including Microsoft Intune , to Workspace ONE.
- Configure Android Enterprise, Apple Business Manager (ABM/DEP), device enrollment, profiles, policies, compliance, and application deployment .
- Implement and troubleshoot Workspace ONE Access, SSO, SAML, MFA, Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, LDAP, and Kerberos integrations.
- Implement device compliance, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, and security policies.
- Configure and support Workspace ONE Tunnel, Content Gateway, SEG, ACC, and Workspace ONE Intelligence .
- Troubleshoot complex Horizon, UEM, identity, certificate, application, network, and device-related issues.
- Work with VMware ESXi, vSphere, Windows Server, HCI, AWS, and Azure environments.
- Create HLD, LLD, architecture, and solution documents .
- Perform log analysis, workplace health checks, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis.
- Develop automation using PowerShell, REST APIs, JSON, and scripting .
- Work directly with customers, OEMs, Microsoft,



Omnissa/VMware, and other technology vendors.
- Conduct technical workshops, presentations, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of overall IT Infrastructure experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Omnissa Horizon / VMware Horizon / EUC / VDI.
- Strong hands-on experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM / MDM .
- Experience with Workspace ONE Access and enterprise identity integrations.
- Strong knowledge of VMware ESXi and vSphere .
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, or Ping Identity .
- Strong understanding of Android Enterprise, iOS, macOS, Windows, and Apple Business Manager .
- Knowledge of PKI, SCEP, certificates, SSO, SAML, OAuth/OIDC, MFA, and Conditional Access .
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, networking, load balancers, reverse proxies, and SSL/TLS .
- Experience with PowerShell, REST APIs, scripting, and log analysis .
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Omnissa Workspace ONE / Horizon certifications
- VMware VCAP / VCIX – Desktop & Mobility
- AWS / Azure Architect certifications

Shift & Availability

- Willingness to work US/UK shifts based on business requirements.
- Willingness to participate in rotational on-call support , including night shifts.

Education Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MCA, B.Sc., or equivalent qualification.
