Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, operation, security, and continuous improvement of the organization's global network infrastructure. This role serves as a technical leader for enterprise networking technologies, ensuring high availability, performance, resilience, and security across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

The engineer partners closely with infrastructure, security, cloud, service management, and business stakeholders to develop scalable network solutions that support business growth, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives. The role also provides technical mentorship and escalates support for complex network incidents and strategic projects. This aligns with the organization's focus on reliable global connectivity, hybrid work enablement, and resilient enterprise operations.

Who You Are:

Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise network engineering.




- Experience supporting global, multi-site network environments.
- Strong experience designing and managing large-scale network infrastructure.
- Experience supporting hybrid cloud networking and connectivity architectures.
- Experience with business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational resilience planning.
- Proven experience leading infrastructure projects and complex technical implementations.

Technical Expertise

Strong knowledge of

- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and routing technologies
- Enterprise switching and wireless networking
- SD-WAN and cloud networking architectures
- Network segmentation and Zero Trust networking principles
- Firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and network security solutions
- Azure and AWS networking services
- Network monitoring and observability platforms
- High-availability and disaster recovery network design

Preferred Technologies Experience with one or more of:

- Cisco
- Aruba
- Fortinet
- Palo Alto
- Meraki
- Juniper
- Azure Networking
- AWS Networking
- SolarWinds
- Datadog
- Dynatrace

Preferred Certifications

- CCNP Enterprise
- CCIE (preferred)
- Fortinet NSE
- Palo Alto PCNSE
- AWS Advanced Networking




- Azure Network Engineer Associate
- ITIL Foundation

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
