Vera Developer is looking for a qualified and experienced MEP Engineer to manage and supervise mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and related building services at project sites. The selected candidate will coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, architects, structural engineers, and internal project teams to ensure that all MEP works are completed as per approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, layouts, material submittals, and technical documents.

- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and ELV works with civil, architectural, and structural requirements.

- Supervise MEP installation and execution activities at project sites.

- Monitor contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.

- Inspect the quality of materials and workmanship.

- Ensure that MEP works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical and site-related issues.

- Review shop drawings, method statements, material samples, technical submittals, and inspection requests.

- Prepare and review material requirements, quantity estimates, BOQs, and procurement details.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned MEP activities.

- Raise and close technical queries, RFIs, site observations, snags, and non-conformance reports.

- Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and handover of MEP systems.

- Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, checklists, as-built drawings,



and project documentation.

- Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural, and civil works to avoid clashes and rework.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, statutory requirements, and project quality standards.

- Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

Technical Responsibilities

- Supervise HVAC ducting, piping, ventilation, pumps, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, and related equipment.

- Monitor electrical conduits, cables, panels, lighting, earthing, DG sets, UPS systems, and electrical equipment.

- Supervise water-supply, drainage, sanitary, rainwater, sewage, and pumping systems.

- Monitor fire-fighting systems, including hydrants, sprinklers, fire pumps, and fire alarms.

- Verify pressure testing, leakage testing, insulation, equipment installation, and commissioning activities.

- Review and coordinate single-line diagrams, load schedules, cable schedules, equipment layouts, and service-routing drawings.

- Assist with the preparation of as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and handover documents.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or MEP Engineering.

- Relevant experience in residential, commercial, high-rise,



or real estate construction projects.

- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and ELV systems.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

- Knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks, or other BIM software will be an advantage.

- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, site inspection, and project documentation.

- Familiarity with applicable Indian building, electrical, fire-safety, and construction standards.

- Ability to work under pressure and complete assignments within deadlines.

- Willingness to travel to and work at project sites.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
