Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports

• Prepare and analyze P&L; statements and business performance reports

• Track individual, team & department performance against targets and KPIs

• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, variances & performance insights

• Develop dashboards, performance trackers & management reports

- Monitor actual performance against targets and highlight deviations

• Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy & consistency

- Generate actionable insights to support business decisions

• Coordinate with teams for data collection, validation & reporting

- Handle ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requirements

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel





• Good understanding of P&L; preparation & analysis

• Strong skills in data analysis, performance mapping & reporting

• Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF/IFS & data filtering

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and coordination abilities

Preferred

• Knowledge of Power BI/dashboarding tools

• Understanding of financial & operational metrics/KPIs

• Experience in MIS, business analytics, finance reporting or performance management
