Role Description The Senior Marketing Manager (Real Estate) will lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for redevelopment and luxury housing projects in Pune. This full time, on-site role involves developing and implementing integrated marketing plans, managing branding and positioning, and overseeing digital and offline campaigns to drive lead generation and sales.

The person in this role will work closely with sales, project, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, monitor market trends, and optimize campaigns based on performance data. Daily responsibilities include managing agency and vendor relationships, supervising content and creatives, coordinating events and promotional activities, and ensuring consistent communication across all customer touchpoints.

Manager will also contribute to budgeting, reporting, and long-term brand-building for City Ethernal LLP.

Qualifications

- Strong real estate marketing expertise, including experience with residential and redevelopment projects, luxury housing positioning, and Pune market dynamics.
- Proficiency in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital, social media, print, outdoor, and on-ground events.
- Ability to analyze market research, consumer insights, and campaign performance data to refine marketing plans and improve ROI.
- Experience managing branding, messaging, and creative development in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
- Demonstrated skills in lead generation, funnel management, and collaboration with sales teams to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and mentor junior team members.
- Strong project management capabilities, including budget handling, timeline management, and vendor coordination.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; prior experience in a senior marketing role within real estate is highly preferred.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Pune, with readiness to visit project locations and attend client-facing events as needed.
- Real Estate experience is required
- Candidates from Pune will be preferred.
