Role Description The Senior Manager Warehouse is a full-time, in office role based in Malappuram responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations for Popees Baby Care. This role manages stock receipt, storage, and dispatch processes to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely distribution to retail and wholesale channels. The person in this position will lead and coach warehouse teams, plan daily workflows, and implement standard operating procedures for safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key tasks include monitoring inventory records, coordinating with procurement, logistics, and sales teams, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring equipment and material handling practices comply with safety regulations.

Warehouse will also analyze operational data, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support audits and reporting to align warehouse performance with business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong inventory-focused skills, including Inventory Management, Inventory Control, and Stock Control.
- Operations-oriented capabilities,



such as Operations Management and experience optimizing warehouse workflows and processes.
- Hands-on material handling experience, including Forklift Operation and safe use of other warehouse equipment.
- Proven experience in warehouse or supply chain leadership, preferably in apparel, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Ability to manage and develop diverse teams, with strong people management and coaching skills.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP tools, and basic MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
