Aye Finance Ltd. is hiring for Senior Manager - Trainer & Quality Analyst

Role Objective:

Building agent skills, improving service quality, team handling and supporting consistent performance through effective training and coaching.

Responsibilities:

Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and create targeted, action driven training plans to close performance gaps.

Develop, update, and maintain training materials, job aids, modules, and assessment tools.

Can Audit the calls and make training programs accordingly.

Deliver Training Programs such as

Current Hire Training (NHT)

Process, Product & System Trainings

Periodic Refresher Trainings

Have to manage team of 4 to 5 people.

On Job Training support along with Operations teams.

Measure training effectiveness, analyse outcomes, and implement corrective action plans

Maintain training records and MIS as required by CS management team.

Desired profile





5-9 years of experience as a trainer in a progressive organization.

Should have team handling experience of atleast 4 to 5 people ( process trainer & Quality analyst)

Can be from financial services, BPO or any retail industry, however experience in a Call Center is mandatory.

Preference for candidates with exposure to lending from Banks, NBFCs, Financial BPOs.

Academic Background & Skills

Bachelors degree

Multilingual – English & Hindi

Desirable: Training certifications, additional language proficiency

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Experience in training content creation.
