Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage daily operations of the jewelry store, ensuring productive use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets, including counter sales, showroom sales, and online sales.

- Oversee inventory management, ordering stock, and maintaining a visually appealing display to drive impulse purchases.

- Lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and performance expectations.

Job Requirements :

- 2-7 years of experience in retail management within the gems & jewellery industry.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.

- Strong understanding of counter sales principles and ability to develop successful promotions.

- Excellent operational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
