USV is looking for an experienced Senior Manager Learning & Organizational Development to own and operationalize our organization-wide learning strategy.

Role Type: Individual Contributor (IC)

Reports To: VP COE (L&OD;)

Location: Govandi ( East), Mumbai

Work days: WFO (Monday to Friday & 1st , 3rd & 5th Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Program Ownership: Lead capability-building initiatives from needs analysis and instructional design to delivery and ROI tracking.
- Leadership & Behavioral Journeys: Design and facilitate managerial, behavioral, and functional programs (coaching, communication, POSH, new manager onboarding).
- Digital Learning & AI: Manage our PeopleStrong LMS, develop engaging e-learning, and integrate AI/automation tools into learning workflows.
- Manufacturing & Compliance: Partner with plant/quality teams to align learning with GMP, GDP,



and statutory requirements.
- Analytics & OD Strategy: Build actionable L&D; dashboards, track performance insights, and execute digitized OD interventions.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Collaborate with HRBPs, plant, sales, and executive leaders while managing external vendors and coaches.

Skills & Experience

- Education: Full time MBA/PGDM in HR from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute.
- Experience: 712 years of core HR experience with a dedicated focus on L&D;/OD.
- Tech Skills: Hands-on expertise with LMS (PeopleStrong preferred), HR analytics, and AI-driven content tools.
- Certifications (Bonus): Instructional Design, L&D;/OD, Coaching, or HR Analytics.
