About the Role

RK Group is looking for experienced Senior Managers Kitchen Operations to manage high-volume base kitchen operations supporting railway catering services. The role will be responsible for large-scale food production, quality, hygiene, manpower, cost control and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage high-volume base kitchen operations and daily food production.
- Lead large kitchen teams and manage manpower/shift planning.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, FSSAI compliance and SOP adherence.
- Control food cost, inventory, wastage and kitchen productivity.




- Ensure timely preparation, packing and dispatch of meals.
- Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Quality and Stores teams.
- Drive operational efficiency and maintain service standards.

Eligibility:

- Any Hotel Management
- Experience in Central Kitchen, QSR, Railway Catering, Large-Scale Catering or Hospitality.
- Solid team-handling, production planning and kitchen management skills.
- Candidates with high-volume food production experience preferred.
