Rydak Syndicate Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts to manage the companys finance and accounting functions, ensure financial discipline, and support management with accurate financial reporting and business insights. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in finance and accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment, along with hands-on expertise in ERP-based accounting and financial operations.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations, including accounting, reporting, reconciliations and financial controls.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, management dashboards, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
- Ensure effective utilisation of the companys ERP system for accounting, finance, inventory and related business processes.
- Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow, working capital and bank transactions.
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances in coordination with internal/external professionals.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax and other financial audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Maintain strong internal financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies and applicable regulations.
- Monitor costing, inventory accounting and financial controls, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Review ledger scrutiny,



bank reconciliation, inter-company transactions and monthend closing activities.
- Support management in financial planning, budgeting, cost control and business decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Purchase, Sales, Stores and Management for smooth financial processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and better utilisation of ERP systems.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications

- 10-12 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Qualified CA / CMA / CA Inter / CMA Inter candidates will be preferred.
- Strong experience in ERP-based Finance & Accounting is mandatory.
- Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, MIS, taxation, budgeting, financial reporting and internal controls.
- Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, statutory compliance and audit processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to independently manage finance and accounting operations.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Candidates with a stable career history and reasonable tenure in previous organisations will be preferred.
