Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Manager DevOps to lead our DevOps function, cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD, platform reliability, and operational excellence.

The role will be responsible for defining DevOps strategy, owning organization-wide objectives,

managing team goals and KRAs, and ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be a robust technical leader and people manager who can guide teams, drive accountability, improve processes, and work closely with Engineering, Product, Security, IT, and Business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the DevOps strategy, roadmap, standards, and best practices.
- Own organization-wide DevOps objectives and ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
- Define, track, and review KRAs, KPIs, and goals for the DevOps team.
- Set clear goals for team members and support performance reviews, feedback, and career development.
- Lead, mentor, and manage DevOps engineers and technical leads.
- Drive CI/CD automation, release management, environment management, and deployment governance.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, scalability, availability, monitoring, and cost optimization.
- Implement infrastructure as code and automation using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar.
- Oversee container platforms such as EKS and GKE.




- Drive SRE and reliability practices, including monitoring, alerting, incident management, RCA, SLAs, and SLOs.
- Work with security teams to implement DevSecOps, compliance, access controls, and vulnerability management.
- Plan resources, manage priorities, track delivery milestones, and report progress, risks, and issues to leadership.
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure or platform engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in people management or technical leadership.
- Experience defining team KRAs, KPIs, goals, and delivery metrics.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, networking, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, New Relic, or Splunk.
- Strong understanding of incident management, release management, change management, and production support.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, planning, and problem-solving skills
