Role & responsibilities

- Design and execute marketing campaigns aligned to sales targets and channel needs

- Develop and distribute marketing collaterals (brochures, PPTs, videos, scripts) to support field sales teams

- Plan and manage contests, incentive communications, recognition programs, and events to drive channel motivation

- Monitor performance of marketing initiatives through dashboards, reports, and sales feedback

- Coordinate with external vendors for print, gifting, and event execution.

- Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines and receive necessary compliance approvals before rollout.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in Channel Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Sales Enablement roles

- Experience in Life Insurance or BFSI industry

- Exposure to campaign execution, sales communication, and cross-functional coordination is desirable
