Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of application security strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify areas for improvement in product security posture.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT leadership, developers, and business leaders.
Job Requirements :
- 14-20 years of experience in application security or a related field (e.g., cybersecurity).
- Strong understanding of SAST tools and methodologies for identifying vulnerabilities in code.
- Experience working in an insurance industry setting or similar regulated workplace.
