We are looking for Senior Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 6-7 years of experience in Company Audits, IPO Advisory & Financial Consulting to join our team in a leadership role.

Salary as per Industry Standards. No bar for the right candidate.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead Audit & Advisory engagements and manage teams
- Handle SME & Main Board IPO assignments, including restated financials, due diligence & regulatory compliance
- Work on Ind AS / IGAAP, Companies Act & SEBI ICDR requirements
- Review financial statements, controls and audit documentation
- Handle Limited Reviews, Ind AS implementation, Corporate Governance & transaction support
- Lead client interactions and ensure timely execution of assignments

? Candidate Profile

- Qualified CA with relevant Audit / IPO Advisory experience
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Accounting Standards & regulatory requirements
- Exposure to IPOs, due diligence, restatements or listed-company compliance preferred
- Solid leadership, analytical & communication skills
