About the Role:

Frankfinn is looking for a highly analytical, technically sharp Senior Manager / Lead of Affiliate Marketing to take complete ownership of our massive lead generation ecosystem.

Processing millions of leads annually, our call center operations rely entirely on high-intent, high-quality data. We are looking for a meticulous operator who can audit massive data sets, intercept fraudulent traffic (API scripting, coreg dumps), and strategically restructure our vendor ecosystem. Your primary mandate will be optimizing our existing affiliate structures and deploying innovative, performance-based pricing models to achieve our target CPA (Cost Per Admission) with maximum conversions.

If you have managed large-scale affiliate pipelines in EdTech, FinTech, or Aggregator spaces, know exactly how to identify technical loopholes in API injections, and are uncompromising when it comes to lead quality, this role is for you.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Publisher Onboarding & Growth

- Actively prospect, negotiate, and onboard new, high-quality affiliate partners, including regional education portals, localized influencers, and job boards.
- Implement a structured "Test Budget SOP" for all new vendors, closely monitoring their disposition metrics before allowing them to scale volume.
- Manage center-level lead pacing and geo-routing, shifting traffic dynamically to support specific underperforming centers or upcoming events.

2. Pipeline Protection & Fraud Mitigation

- Act as the ultimate gatekeeper for lead quality. Proactively identify and block sophisticated lead fraud, including bot traffic, API injection scripts, and incentivized lead dumping.
- Conduct rigorous daily and weekly audits of Sub-ID and Click-ID level performance.
- Decisively pause or penalize publishers driving high "Non-Contactable" or "Invalid" CRM dispositions to protect call center bandwidth and ROI.

- Enforce strict brand safety guidelines to ensure no unauthorized brand-bidding or misleading ad copy is used by network partners.

3. Commercial Strategy & Partner Management

- Lead strategic, data-backed contract negotiations with top-tier aggregators and affiliate networks.
- Continuously optimize existing partnership models and implement new, performance-driven payout structures (such as hybrid models, CPQL, or admission-based milestones) to achieve target conversion goals.
- Implement strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and enforce financial clawback clauses to maintain accountability for duplicate or low-quality data.

4. Technical Tracking & CRM Operations

- Collaborate directly with our backend development and tech teams to design airtight Server-to-Server (S2S) tracking, webhooks, and postback URLs.
- Define and mandate pre-CRM validation rules (e.g., OTP verification, 60-day deduplication logic, IP filtering) to scrub leads before they enter the telecalling dialer.
- Ensure all partners are successfully integrated via secure APIs, passing energetic parameters flawlessly.

Performance Indicators

- Admission Targets & Enrollment Conversion: Successfully meeting or exceeding assigned monthly and quarterly admission targets from the affiliate channel.
- Lead Quality & Call Center Efficiency: Significant reduction in the percentage of "Non-Qualified" and "Not Contactable" leads entering the CRM, directly improving telecaller productivity.
- Acquisition Costs: Lowering the blended Cost Per Admission (CPA)

from the affiliate channel through optimized payout structures and fraud elimination.
- Pipeline Diversification: Successful onboarding and scaling of new, high-quality publishers to reduce reliance on top-heavy, legacy aggregators.
- Tracking Accuracy: 100% uptime and accuracy for S2S API integrations, postbacks, and deduplication logic.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 6 to 9 years of performance marketing or affiliate management experience, specifically handling large-scale lead generation pipelines.
- Industry Background: Must have experience in high-volume, call-center-driven industries. Candidates from EdTech, FinTech (Loans/Credit Cards/Insurance), or Real Estate Aggregators will be given top priority. (Note: Standard e-commerce/coupon affiliate experience is not a fit for this role).
- Technical Chops: Deep understanding of affiliate tracking infrastructure. Fluent in postbacks, S2S API integrations, and deduplication logic. (Familiarity with server-side tagging/Stape.io or platforms like Trackier/Tune is a major plus).
- Data-Driven: Advanced Excel/BI skills. You must be highly comfortable processing massive raw data sets to track cohort Life-Time Value (LTV), identify anomalies, and isolate failing traffic sources.
- Negotiation & Leadership: You are comfortable holding vendors accountable. You possess a proven track record of enforcing strict quality standards, managing complex vendor relationships, and expertly leveraging different pricing models to hit target CPAs.
