About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Major Gifts Consultant to drive major funding initiatives, engage with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and family offices, and support domestic individual philanthropy for systemic climate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Map and engage HNI networks and Indian family offices.

- Develop donor engagement strategies and cultivate major donor relationships.

- Advise philanthropists on high-impact giving strategies.

- Build donor-specific proposals and impact reports in collaboration with internal teams.

- Coordinate donor visits and field immersion programs across India.

- Ensure all funding aligns with Greenpeaces ethical fundraising principles.

What Were Looking For

- 15+ years of experience in major donor fundraising,



wealth management, family office advisory, or high-level business development.

- Solid HNI engagement, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Experience navigating high-stakes environments and engaging with senior wealth holders.

- Excellent strategic communication and storytelling abilities.

- Deep alignment with environmental protection, social justice, and ethical fundraising.

- Willingness to travel regularly across India.
