12 years of experience in Legal - Non Litigation

Candidate Who Is Strong On Transactions And Financing Docs

Strong Expertise in contractual laws, corporate laws and financing documents standards.

Robust exposure to drafting of contracts especially lease agreements, license agreements and concession agreements

Strong proficiency with drafting, reviewing, vetting, and finalizing and must be from Non-Litigation background.

Good experience in revenue-sharing, joint-venture agreements and development contracts.

Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
