Responsibilities

- Lead the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding

- Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning

- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent across various technology stacks

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit (Monster), Indeed, Shine, referrals, social media, and networking channels

- Conduct candidate screening, HR interviews, and competency assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit

- Manage offer negotiations, compensation discussions, and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process

- Drive recruitment activities to ensure timely closure of critical and niche technology positions

- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements

- Track recruitment metrics, hiring dashboards, and provide periodic reports to management

- Mentor and guide junior recruiters, ensuring adherence to recruitment best practices

- Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and leadership teams to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience

- Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring standards, and documentation requirements





- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies to streamline hiring workflows

- Leverage AI-powered recruitment tools for sourcing, resume screening, candidate matching, market intelligence, and recruitment automation

- Participate in employer branding initiatives, campus hiring drives, and talent acquisition projects

Required Skills

- 4-5 years of IT Recruitment experience

- Strong expertise in End-to-End Recruitment

- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit (Monster), Indeed, Shine, and other sourcing platforms

- Experience hiring for Software Development, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, Cybersecurity, and ERP roles

- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Experience working with ATS and recruitment analytics

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and recruitment reporting
