Hiring for Our Client - Luxury Interior Design - Residential Project

nLocation - Bangalore - HSR Layout

nWorking Days - 6 Days ( Saturday & Sunday Working ; week off on Monday)

nExp - 4-5 years

nBudget - 7-12 LPA

nSoftware/tools - AutoCAD & Sketchup

nInterview - Face-to-face only ( if you re in Bangalore and available for the F2F interview - then only apply)

nJD for Senior Interior Designer Role (Autocad + sketchup) :

n1. Responsible for complete end to end interior solution.

n2. Meet current clients in the office or virtual meetings and explain about the products and services and costing.

n3. Visit sites and work with different execution teams to prepare diagrams/quotations.

n4. Advises client on interior design factors, like space planning, layout as well as utilization of furnishings

nequipment, color schemes,



color coordination and material selection

n5. Client Satisfaction, follow ups, handling escalations.

n6. Develop creative design concepts and space plans that fulfill client requirements though 'mood boards' to sample

nyour design vision.

n7. Prepare 2D/3D working drawing and work with the 3D team to generate 3D renders.

n8. Handle multiple projects simultaneously, each with differing scope and products

n9. Participate in Senior Management Business decisions on pricing, products and market evaluation and

ncompetitive analysis.
