? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✔ 5+ years of experience in Residential Interior Design

✔ Strong expertise in Concept Development & Design

✔ Excellent Client Handling & Presentation Skills

✔ Ability to convert client requirements into creative & practical design solutions

✔ Strong knowledge of Interior Materials, Finishes & Modular Furniture

✔ Experience in Design Presentations, Quotations & Sales Support

✔ Strong Negotiation, Follow-up & Relationship Management skills

? SOFTWARE SKILLS

AutoCAD | SketchUp | V-Ray





? YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Understand client requirements and develop creative residential interior concepts

? Prepare detailed 2D layouts, 3D designs and client presentations

? Present concepts, materials, finishes and furniture solutions to clients

? Prepare quotations and actively support sales conversion & closure

? Conduct client meetings, discussions, negotiations and follow-ups

? Develop design solutions that are both creative and commercially viable

? Coordinate with site, execution and project teams

? Incorporate client feedback and ensure timely design revisions

? Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project journey
