Role Description:

The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end interior design projects, from concept development to final execution, for residential spaces. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Pune Division and involves collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and refine solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, creating detailed layouts and mood boards, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E;, and preparing construction drawings.

The Senior Interior

Designer will work with project managers, vendors, and execution teams to ensure timely delivery, quality workmanship, and adherence to design intent. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, conducting site visits,



and maintaining design documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

- Strong expertise in Interior Design, including residential spaces, modular solutions, and contemporary design styles.
- Proficiency in Space Planning and optimizing layouts for functionality, circulation, and storage.
- Knowledge of Architecture principles as they relate to interior design, including structural considerations and building codes.
- Ability to create and interpret detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation for on-site execution.
- Experience with FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), including selection, specification, and coordination with vendors.
- Advanced skills in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with several years of relevant project experience.
- Solid client communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions clearly.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in residential interiors in the Pune or Kolhapur market, and familiarity with local materials and vendors, is an advantage.
