nSummary:

nWe are looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer to join our COE- Learning

nSolutions team, who’d be able to enhance the learner experience through meticulous and

nstrategic writing and designing.

nThe Senior Learning Experience Designer will be responsible for ideating, coordinating, and

nsupporting Learning Design activities.

nSenior LXDs will play a critical role in the end-to-end content creation process. The

nresponsibilities would include working on how-to content for the customers in line with the

nguidelines specified by the client.

nWe are looking for someone who not only has a flair for learning design and solutions but

nalso writing.

nResponsibilities:

nWe are looking for someone who has:

n● Design, develop, and implement learning materials and experiences that align with the

norganization's learning objectives

n● Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs

nand develop appropriate solutions

n● Select and use appropriate instructional strategies and technologies to create

nengaging and effective learning experiences

n● Evaluate the effectiveness of learning materials and experiences and make necessary

nrevisions

n● Stay up to date on the latest learning trends and technologies

n● Develop and maintain relationships with external learning providers

n● Provide guidance and support to other members of the Learning and Development

nteam

n● Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

n● Work independently and as part of a team

n● Sound knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning principles

n● Advanced knowledge of planning and execution, along with a solution-oriented

nmindset





n● Solid written communication skills and working knowledge of editorial requirements,

ngrammar, and instructional design of materials; attention to detail to ensure quality

n● Sharp eye for detail

n● A strong eye for visual composition

n● Act as an SME.

nQualification:

n● Graduate in any discipline.

n● 8+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field

n● Preferred experience with developing learning solutions for a global audience and

nadjusting materials based on cultural needs, regional constraints, and localization or

ntranslation considerations.

n● Strong understanding of learning theory, instructional design principles, and adult

nlearning principles

n● Excellent communication and collaboration skills

n● Strong project management skills

n● Proficiency in instructional design software and tools

n● Experience with a variety of learning technologies, including e-learning, blended

nlearning, and mobile learning

n● Experience with needs assessments, learning evaluation, and continuous

nimprovement processes
