nThe Senior Instock Associate will be a key member of the Commercial team, supporting inventory's health and availability for their assigned category end-to-end. This role bridges commercial strategy and operational execution to help drive sustainable growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

nResponsibilities

n

n
- Manage inventory, inventory health, item-level forecasting, assortment planning
n
- Participate in manufacturer and vendor reviews; drive vendor operational improvement through measurement and process improvement
n
- Interact with operations teams and drive efficiencies through team collaboration
n
- Manage inbound shipments: fill rate, ASNs, operational issues, lead time
n
- Achieve and maintain high instock rates on replenishment programs
n




- Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory liability, determine exit strategy for unproductive inventory Requirement
n
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL Experience working with large and complex data sets to drive business decisions
n
- Proven ability to manage large and complicated cross functional projects Experience in negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
n
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects – to prioritize and plan under tight deadlines.

nWhat you'll need:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field
n
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
n

- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities with an ability to structure problems for analysis, analyze the data, understand root cause, propose solutions.
