What Youll Do

Act as a key support to the US-based Project Management team, handling both engineering and project coordination responsibilities:

Engineering & Technical Oversight

- Review contract drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Oversee preparation & review of BOQs / Bill of Materials
- Lead review and submission of shop drawings and engineering submittals
- Manage RFIs, technical queries, and engineering issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with international standards and project specifications

Project Management & Coordination

- Act as a go-to person for project-related queries and coordination
- Draft and respond to project emails confidently and professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Track project progress, priorities, and deliverables




- Assist in decision-making and problem-solving at project level

Leadership & Support

- Ensure quality, timelines, and accountability across deliverables
- Support project coordination and project close-out documentation

What We’re Looking For

- Mechanical Engineering degree
- 10+ years of experience in HVAC design, engineering, and project execution
- Proven project management / leadership experience on large-scale projects
- Robust exposure to international (preferably US-based) projects
- Ability to independently manage tasks, communication, and coordination
