The Senior Consultant Operations (One Identity Manager) is responsible for the stable and efficient day-to-day operation of the One Identity Manager (OneIM) platform in a production enterprise setting. The role focuses on operational support, troubleshooting, access lifecycle management, and collaboration with IAM engineering and business stakeholders to ensure reliable identity governance services.

Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 operational support for One Identity Manager across production and non-production environments.
- Monitor and maintain OneIM job queues, provisioning processes, workflows, and synchronization jobs.
- Ensure smooth execution of JoinerMover–Leaver (JML) processes driven by HR data.
- Perform proactive system checks to ensure platform availability and performance.
- Resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.

- Troubleshoot issues related to
- User provisioning and de-provisioning
- Access requests, approvals, and role assignments

- Synchronization and connector failures
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and support permanent remediation.
- Support role-based access control (RBAC) models including business roles and IT roles.
- Perform entitlement mapping, role corrections,



and access remediation activities.
- Support access certification / recertification (attestation) campaigns and validations.

- Support OneIM integrations with
- Active Directory / Azure AD

- LDAP directories
- HR systems and target applications
- Assist in operational onboarding of new applications and validation of provisioning flows.
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks such as:

- Job queue cleanup

- Log review

- System health checks
- Support OneIM patches, fixes, and minor upgrades in coordination with engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of IAM / IGA concepts and identity lifecycle management.
- Ensure adherence to the defined release process while maintaining appropriate Segregation of Duties in line with internal control and compliance requirements.

- Good working knowledge of
- SQL (basic queries, data validation, troubleshooting)
- Active Directory and Azure AD

- LDAP and directory services
- Familiarity with OneIM workflows, provisioning, roles, and synchronization concepts.
- Experience working in ITIL-based support environments.
- Exposure to incident, problem, and change management processes.
